The first step is a full intake where we go through your full medical, family, relationship, emotional, and social history. We take an inventory of your current life practices and assess how they are serving. We assess how your belief system is currently serving your model of health and vitality and where there are opportunities for this model to expand.
The second step includes a subsequent visit with me where we discuss your tailored treatment plan. This includes dietary principles and techniques. It also includes a morning and evening warm drink recipe to incorporate in getting you harmonically on track for that next level in vitality. I also include 2-3 exercises to incorporate into this regimen to further. This can range from breathing (breathwork), to movement, to sound. After carefully processing the information from our intake session, I will determine a master plant that would be most beneficial to form a relationship with over the period of 40 days. After this integration period of 40 days we will have a brief 15 minute check in to see how your have anchored this higher octave of vitality.
