The first step is a full intake where we go through your full medical, family, relationship, emotional, and social history. We take an inventory of your current life practices and assess how they are serving. We assess how your belief system is currently serving your model of health and vitality and where there are opportunities for this model to expand.

The second step includes a subsequent visit with me where we discuss your tailored treatment plan. This includes dietary principles and techniques. It also includes a morning and evening warm drink recipe to incorporate in getting you harmonically on track for that next level in vitality. I also include 2-3 exercises to incorporate into this regimen to further. This can range from breathing (breathwork), to movement, to sound. After carefully processing the information from our intake session, I will determine a master plant that would be most beneficial to form a relationship with over the period of 40 days. After this integration period of 40 days we will have a brief 15 minute check in to see how your have anchored this higher octave of vitality. We then discuss possible scenarios that may come up and how to take care of yourself in those scenarios. Health sovereignty.

Initial visit can be part of my 10 week lsquorevivalrsquo package (recommended) or ad - hoc).

Included: 15 min phone followup to go over written care plan.

Basti is the placement of a dough donut on area of the body needing balancing. Especially useful for addressing vata dosha and liberating toxin in the tissue to be cleared.

Examples include HRID (heart; promoting peace and anxiety relief)

Back and spine (assist with pain, constipation)

Knees (pain, osteoarthritis, arthritis, meniscal injuries)

Abdominal (help agni/digestion)

Lower abdomen pelvic area (help with issues like fertility, irregular menstruation, pelvic pains and cramping)
